Returns

Customers who for any reason are not satisfied with their purchase may withdraw from the sales agreement without any penalty charges and without having to specify a reason within 14 days from delivery of the order to the customer. For deadline purposes, goods are considered as having been returned at the time of their delivery to the courier. The substantial integrity of the goods being returned is an essential condition for the cancellation of the purchase. All items shall be returned in the same condition as they were when received, complete with labels and packaging. The items must not have been altered in any way, and must not show any marks of wear or use.

Purchases are canceled by sending a return request by email to customercare@vittoriovirgili.com. The request must include the order number and the item/s to be returned or exchanged. After this, our customer support service will send instructions for returning the items.

Vittoriovirgili.com accepts returns, reserving the right to ensure that the products have been returned following the above instructions. Vittoriovirgili.com reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns or items that do not comply with the specific policy for returns. 

The shipping costs (and customs charges, if any) for the return shall be borne exclusively by the Customer. Any eventual import duties and taxes or shipping fees related to the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

PLEASE NOTE

– All products must be returned in their original condition, with undamaged packaging, and with their labels.

– Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment in 14 business days from receipt.

– Responsibility for returned items lies with the customer until they reach our warehouses.
