Returns

Customers who, for any reason, are not satisfied with their purchase may withdraw from the sales agreement without any penalty and without having to specify a reason within 14 days from the delivery of the order. For deadline purposes, goods are considered returned at the time they are handed over to the courier.

The substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete with their original labels, packaging and accessories. Items must not have been altered in any way and must not show any signs of wear or use.

HOW TO REQUEST AN ORDER CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE OR RETURN

You can submit an order cancellation, exchange or return request in either of the following ways:

1. Through the dedicated Shopify area
Access the dedicated area using the following link: Access your orders.

Enter the same email address used when placing the order. You will receive a verification code by email, which will allow you to view the orders associated with your email address and submit your request. You do not need to have previously created an account or set a password.

2. By email
Send your request to customercare@vittoriovirgili.com, specifying the order number and the item or items you wish to return or exchange.

Once the request has been received, our Customer Care team will provide you with the instructions for returning the items.

Vittoriovirgili.com accepts returns subject to verification that the products have been returned in accordance with the instructions and conditions set out above. Vittoriovirgili.com reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns or items that do not comply with this return policy.

Return shipping costs, including any applicable customs charges, shall be borne exclusively by the Customer. Any import duties, taxes or shipping costs relating to the return of the goods may be deducted from the refund.

PLEASE NOTE

– All products must be returned in their original condition, with undamaged packaging and all original labels.

– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt of the returned goods.

– Responsibility for returned items remains with the Customer until they are received at our warehouse.
