We ship to Italy, Europe and the rest of the world.
Parcels can be tracked as soon as they are ready for dispatch and the tracking link will be sent by email from Vittoriovirgili.com.
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, in the morning or afternoon. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or at specific times. If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will leave a notification card. Delivery will be attempted twice; if the second attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will try to contact the recipient. Vittoriovirgili.com will not be liable for any delivery problems caused by the courier.
For deliveries made to receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Vittoriovirgili.com will not be liable for any subsequent failure to deliver to the final recipient. If a destination country is not listed when choosing the shipping method, this means that we currently do not deliver to that country.
At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check that:
- the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number stated on the transport document;
- the package is undamaged, intact, and not wet or altered in any way, including the seals (adhesive tapes or metal strips).
Any damage to the packaging and/or products or discrepancies in the number of packages must be reported immediately on the delivery document to be returned to the courier.
Any issues concerning the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported no later than 14 days after delivery, according to the instructions provided in this document.

Delivery Times
- Italy: usually delivered within 2–3 business days from the order confirmation (sent by email).
- Europe and United Kingdom: usually delivered within 3–5 business days from the order confirmation.
- Rest of the world: usually delivered within 4–10 business days from the order confirmation.
Delivery delays may be caused by temporary item unavailability, courier service issues, force majeure, or public holidays. In case of payment by credit card or PayPal, delays may occur if the authorized payment amount cannot be processed.
If, after 6 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), you have not received your items, please contact our Customer Support at customercare@vittoriovirgili.com.
The delivery times stated by Vittoriovirgili.com are purely indicative. Any delay or delivery in multiple shipments does not entitle the customer to refuse delivery or to claim damages or compensation.
Customs Charges and Taxes (for shipments outside the EU)
For orders delivered to non-EU countries, any customs duties or import taxes are at the customer’s expense. Customs tariffs and other taxes, which vary depending on the destination country, are applied upon the goods’ arrival. Customers are therefore advised to contact their local customs authorities to check costs and any import limits.
If the customer refuses delivery or the delivery fails for other reasons (e.g., incorrect address and/or phone number, repeated absence of the recipient, etc.), an amount will be withheld to cover the following costs: shipping + return of goods + customs charges for returns. This amount will be charged to the recipient, and the product price will be refunded.
