The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, morning or afternoon. The recipient cannot ask for delivery on specific days or at specific times. If no one is there to receive the order, the courier will leave a notification card. The delivery will be attempted twice and if the second time is unsuccessful, the courier will try to contact the recipient. will not be liable for any problems with delivery by the courier.

For deliveries made to receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), will not be liable for any successive failure to deliver to the final recipient. If a destination country is not on the list when choosing the shipping method, this means that we currently do not deliver to that country.

At the time of product delivery, the customer is obliged to check:

- that the number of packages due for delivery corresponds to that stated on the transport document;

- that the package is undamaged, whole, and not wet or altered in any way, including the seals (adhesive tapes or metal strips).

Any damage to the packaging and/or products or the lack of correspondence between the number of packages or indications must be reported immediately on the delivery document to be returned to the courier.

Any problems with the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received shall be reported no more than 14 days from delivery, according to the instructions in this document.

Delivery time

In Italy, products are usually delivered within 2/3 business days from the order confirmation, which is emailed to the customer.

In Europe and UK, products are usually delivered within 3/5 business days from the order confirmation, which is emailed to the customer. 

In the rest of the world, products are usually delivered within 4/10 business days from the order confirmation, which is emailed to the customer.  

Any delays to delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the item, problems with the courier service, force majeure, or public holidays. In case of purchase with a credit card or PayPal, delays in shipping may be caused by the impossibility to receive the authorized payment amount. If, after 6 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), you have not received your items, please contact our Customer Support at

The delivery times stated by are purely a guideline and a delay or the delivery of items in more than one shipment will not entitle the customer to refuse to accept delivery or to make claims for damage or compensation.

Customs charges and tax (items shipped outside the EU)

For orders delivered to non-EU countries, any customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Customs tariffs and any other taxes that vary according to the destination country are applied on the arrival of the goods in the country. Customers, therefore, are reminded to contact their customs authorities to check costs and any import limits.

If the customer should refuse to accept the goods or delivery should fail for other reasons (e.g., incorrect address and/or telephone number, repeated absence of the recipient, etc.), an amount will be withheld to cover the following costs: shipping + return of goods + customs charges for returns. This amount will be charged to the recipient. The price of the goods will be refunded.
